Childcare Recruitment Au Pairs

  • Our Au pairs are typically teachers, summer camp workers, early year practitioners or young adults with some experience of working with children.
  • We only deal with candidates who have a genuine interest in working with children.
  • All our Au pairs are screened, police vetted and medically cleared (documents provided). We interview them and they are also registered with our partner agencies in Spain, Scandinavia and Europe.
  • We chose our Au pairs and our families carefully. We work through a four-step process with you to ensure that you have the right Au pair for your family.
  • Au pairs and families choose each other. They introduce themselves over a video call, get to know each other and get to know the children.
  • We provide ongoing support

    • We offer a number of package options for families. These packages provide value and protection to our families. Au pairs receive generous payment. Families appreciate the structured approach to the placement and Au pairs feel valued.
